Mailbox Stanchions
The Mailbox stanchions are the responsibility of the sub-associations, or the individual homeowners if their sub-association is inactive, that share that stanchion. It is not the responsibility of SPOA or the JMBCA for these. There are several located on Stoneridge Road for the addresses on Stoneridge and Berkshire.
Homeowners are encouraged to work together to ensure the safety and repair of their stanchions. Attached in this folder is the paint color code for those stanchions.
The color code for those stanchions is: Redwood Naturaltone stain SCC-122D and is available at Home Depot.
