Rental Occupancy Change Form
If you have a change in the occupancy of your rental unit, please complete this form prior to each rental period. On May 21, 2025, the SPOA board passed a motion to prohibit renters from accessing the SPOA activity center. All property owners are now required to seek board approval before issuing their keycards to renters for any rental period. Please see the Stoneridge keycard administration folder on this website to submit a request for board consideration.
